We have been using KS1 since 2011. From day one we were convinced by how simple and intuitive this ERP is. Our team uses KS1 not only for merchandise management but very successfully for customer acquisition, too. The CRM fits our needs perfectly and we do not need any additional software. The connection to the product database saves us a lot of time and money. Custom connections to our online shops were no problem either. Today we run KS1 on 15 workstations and would not want to be without it. And if there is ever a problem, support is directly reachable and finds a solution.

Switching to a new ERP can always get complicated – but not with KS1. The relief in our daily work is enormous. Our previous system was an absolute disaster and nothing worked. With the KS1 team we feel very well looked after. Working together is a lot of fun, and the system is easy to use and offers a wide range of functions.
One of the many reasons we chose KS1 was that Mr Brecht was the only software specialist able to integrate an existing CRM system into KS1. Other well-known software companies in the industry either could not do it or asked an exorbitant price.
KS1 is intuitive to use and we never needed any training. When problems occur, speed matters to us – if all software providers reacted as quickly as KS1, there would be no IT problems at all. The service is exemplary. All in all, we know of no other ready-made industry solution that comes close to what KS1 offers us.
Before 2006 our promotional products ERP felt like MS-DOS – so we switched to KS1. The software is clear and highly functional, intuitive to use, the database connection is very fast and support is always competent and friendly. KS1 is continuously developed further, and our own suggestions are taken into account. We connected our shop to KS1 with little effort. In short: we are completely satisfied and recommend KS1 to every promotional products professional.
After more than two years with the simple, free KS1 software I simply have to thank you for the consistently fast and unbureaucratic help via the “Feedback” button. The system is extremely easy to use and even the free basic version is sufficient in most cases. I love how quickly you can jump from one module to another without leaving your current task.
